Independent procurement coordination
Rubber Mixing Mill Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner for US plant buyers who need factory quotations on a dedicated rubber mixing mill. We collect specifications, quantity and destination, circulate a consistent brief, and return comparable replies. We do not operate a factory, hold warehouse stock, or sell as a brand-appointed reseller. Manufacturing, installation and acceptance remain supplier and buyer responsibilities.
The buyer owns compound intent, representative batch mass and the commercial award. We publish comparison methods, not unverified capacity, certifications or discount percentages. Supplier documents are requested for a named RFQ; they are not this site’s credentials.
Provide polymer family, viscosity behaviour, batch mass in kilograms, mixing sequence and required sheet form. If a replacement is planned, also provide current roll diameter/length and mill-table constraints. A public technical table that separates millimetres, r/min, gap millimetres and charge kilograms is a reminder to keep units visible; it is not a substitute for the buyer’s trial compound. Ambiguous “velocity” labels versus r/min stay as supplier questions, not as our rewritten rating.
Name three-phase supply, cooling-water availability, mill footprint, operator access for roll service, and the PLC interface you will actually offer. Photographs of the compounding bay help manufacturers comment on envelope clashes. Missing utilities are recorded as open items, not assumed to be free. We do not inspect plants or issue audit certificates.
State who will witness FAT and SAT, which measurements define mixing time, discharge temperature and sheet consistency, and whether operator training and spare parts sit inside the award. We can highlight mismatches across replies; we do not certify CE, UL or ISO for a mill package. Any claim of a standing factory roster would be false here; factories are invited per inquiry.
Buyers remain responsible for process intent and destination. Equipment suppliers remain responsible for stating feasibility, inclusions and exclusions.
