FREE basic specification and sourcing-requirements review
Eligible first orders may receive up to 3%
Eligibility applies to qualified business buyers and is confirmed after we review your product, quantity, destination, and sourcing requirements. Final savings depend on supplier confirmation, product type and order value.
This page coordinates comparable replies when a buyer wants factories to quote the same rubber milling machine duty. Rubber Mixing Mill Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner: we collect compound family, batch mass, roll gap intent, quantity and destination, then ask factories to restate roll diameter/length, speed in r/min, friction ratio, cooling circuit and discharge method. In this cluster, rubber milling machine means an open two-roll mill for rubber compounding, not a metal-cutting milling centre.
Assumptions that must travel together include feedstock viscosity, the batch mass that defines the mixing trial, the gap sequence and friction ratio, how roll cooling or heating is piped, whether guarding and emergency stops are included, and how batch discharge or a stock blender is priced. Tooling such as mill knives, installation, shipping, training and commissioning must appear as included or excluded. We do not manufacture mills or sell as a brand-appointed reseller.
Service stage and responsibilities
Ask each factory to name the compound sample, batch mass in kilograms, mixing sequence and sheet form used for any demonstration. Roll speed in r/min and friction ratio must sit next to that same batch; a public table that lists millimetres, r/min, gap millimetres and charge kilograms is a unit reminder, not this project’s performance. If velocity wording on a datasheet conflicts with r/min, keep that conflict as an open supplier question.
Factories should confirm three-phase supply (voltage, phase, frequency in Hz), connected load in kW, cooling-water temperature and flow through the rolls, footprint and operator access around the mill table, and the PLC or local-panel interface. If the compounding room cannot provide those utilities on the requested delivery window, the quote is not executable even when the mill list is complete. Site readiness is a buyer input this service helps list; it is not a construction contract we perform.
Owner acceptance should name FAT and SAT measurement points for mixing time, discharge temperature and sheet consistency, including who signs when the compound sample differs from production feedstock. Acceptance of the mill is not acceptance of an internal mixer or calender another vendor supplies. Certificates attached to a catalog model remain the bidder’s documents, not credentials of this intermediary.
